Cancellation Policy
- Clients have the ability to cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance.
- There are no refunds available for booked sessions.
- If you are 15 minutes or more late, or you miss the session completely that will count as a no-show and you will forfeit your booking cost. This will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason I encourage you to re-book to a later date using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
