To move beyond
What we can see
Into a space
Where they were free

No longer bound
In the space of the mind
They are able to see
Where most of us are blind

We pride ourselves
On being so smart
But most of us have forgotten
That we have a heart

We have cut ourselves off
From how we feel
And now we can’t discern
What is real

We bury ourselves
In shame and regret
Don’t beat yourself up
For the mountain of debt

If all you feel
Is self loathing emotions
Then you will get tossed
Like a ship on the ocean

Causing chaos in your body
Until you don’t know where to turn
This is the time to ask
What have I learned

Take the experience
Learn and grow
But know there is a time
When you have to let go

Of the things in life
You have outgrown
There is more to explore
You are not a drone

You are a being
Eternal and free
And now it is time
For you to see

The true power
Of your unlimited form
Go within
