The polarities we have
Are being brought to light
So that we can learn to transform
And do what is right

No longer ruled
By systemic control
We turn within
And listen to our soul

The voice that whispers
Deep inside
We can run from the shadows
But we can no longer hide

From the things in life
That we need to face
Like the inequality of people
The separation of race

To see someone as less than
Based on the colour of their skin
Is not a game
Anyone will win

The system has been created
To divide humanity
Until we realize
That this is insanity

Hearing the stories of those killed
By police brutality
What kind of society breeds
This psychotic mentality

They swear an oath
To serve and protect
But never stop
To sit and reflect

On the interests that they
Have sworn to serve
Until they cross the boundary
And strike a nerve

Pushing the people
To the point of breaking
There’s no telling
How many lives they’ll be taking

As chaos erupts
Across the land
And the people rise
To take a stand

For the truth that lies
Within their heart
It’s up to all of us
To do our part

And stand with those
Who have been oppressed
We need to be strong
And do our best

To let the voice
Of truth be heard
This power struggle
Is completely absurd

The powers that be
Turn us against each other
So that we do not realize
We are sisters and brothers

This is how
They control the people
By creating division
So that no one is equal

Separating us
Through the power of belief
Which leads to nothing
But senseless grief

By conditioning us
Through cultural roles
While they work behind the scenes
To fulfill their goals

And manipulate the people
With their lust for power
They do not see
This is their final hour

The dark is being
Brought to light
As we begin to rise
With all our might

We will no longer tolerate
Being controlled like slaves
To live a life of oppression
Until we lie in our graves

The power struggle
And games are at an end
It is time for us
To begin to transcend

Beyond the systems
Of limitation and control
So that we can go within
And find we are whole

To heal the ancestral lines
Of trauma and pain
So we don’t make the same choices
Again and again

It’s time to create
Something new
United as one
We stand for what is true

As the old paradigm withers
Crumbles and dies
From the ashes of the old
Like the phoenix we rise

Destroying the old
And creating the new
So that love can come forth
In all that we do

This will bring humanity
Into unity
And create a society
With equal opportunity

So that we can live in harmony
With each other and the Earth
Our species is moving
Through planetary rebirth

That will see the end
Of separation and control
So that we can all realize
The divine light of the soul
