PAYMENT

For the Soul Seekers Mentorship program payments are $3333 or $1111 per month for three months. This includes access to four one hour mentorship calls per month for the duration of the program, email support, and personalized homework throughout the program.

If for any reason Justin Wesenberg is offering a special discount/promotion for a limited time, then that price replaces the above.

REFUND POLICY

Justin Wesenberg abides by a strict no refund policy. By accepting these terms, you agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid for access to the program. In addition to that if you are paying monthly you are required to pay the full amount for access to the program.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You are 100% responsible for your results from this program. Due to the nature of the program and extent, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary. There is no guarantee that you will reach your goals as a result of participation in this program. 

NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This program is copyrighted and the original materials that have been provided to you are for your individual use only and a single-user license. All intellectual property, including our copyrighted program and course materials, shall remain the sole property of Justin Wesenberg. No license to sell or distribute our materials is granted or implied. 

TERMINATION

By purchasing this program, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the program without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if you become disruptive or disrespectful of us, are difficult to work with, choose not to complete the homework on time, choose not to show up for your mentorship calls, or violate the terms of this agreement or the website Terms Of Service. You will still be liable to pay the total contract amount.

INDEMNIFICATION

The client shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, and Justin Wesenberg from and against any and all liabilities and expense whatsoever – including without limitation, claims, damages, judgments, awards, settlements, investigations, costs, attorneys fees, and disbursements. Client shall defend the Company in any legal actions, regulatory actions, or the like arising from or related to this Agreement. Client recognizes and agrees that all of the Company’s shareholders, trustees, affiliates and successors shall not be held personally responsible or liable for any actions or representations of the Company. 

SEVERABILITY/WAIVER

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force. The failure of either Party to exercise any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of that right or any further rights hereunder. 

By signing this contract I agree to the website Terms Of Service and Privacy Policy as well as all of the conditions outlined above.
