Across the sky
The people stop

Stop and listen
Your heart will know

Just close your eyes
And focus on your breath
Meditation will teach you
To overcome death

This is the greatest fear
That we all face
When the time comes
Will you let go with grace

For the beautiful life
That you had to live
Love is with you now
And it’s in you to give

As the ancestors reach down
From the heavens above
Allow them to fill your heart
With unconditional love

To heal the lines
Of trauma and pain
