You’ve spent your life
Feeling like you don’t matter
And now it’s time
For this belief to shatter

There are so many people
Who exist on Earth
Feeling like they
Have no worth

Like nobody cares
About what they do
And nobody can see
The real you

These beliefs were formed
Through childhood trauma
And they continue to play out
In the unfolding drama

Continuously created
Through your subconscious thoughts
That have you tripping
Tied in knots

Creating the same experiences
To prove yourself right
And wandering aimlessly
Through the dark of the night

You can’t see what
Is holding you back
Until you learn
To step off the track

And begin to examine
The beliefs you carry
Looking at yourself
Can be kinda scary

Especially when it’s something
You don’t want to see
But clearing these beliefs
Will help set you free

So that you can get
To the heart of the matter
To cut through the noise
And all of the chatter

That keeps you distracted
So that you cannot see
How you can rewrite
Your reality

Close your eyes
And go within
Bring up all the beliefs
That have caused you to spin

Draw them out
Of your energy field
And know that you
Have the power to be healed

Once these beliefs
Have left your body
You can dissolve them
In the light of samadhi

Allow yourself
To bathe in this light
And know that you
Can dissolve the night

By changing your subconscious
Beliefs that you’ve held
You and the universe
Can begin to meld

So that you can return
Back to your essence
Radiating the joy
Of effervescence

Once the beliefs
Have been removed
You can change your thoughts
So that you can improve

The quality of your life
The quality of yourself
And share with the world
Your greatest wealth

By knowing your worth
As an infinite being
You can help others
Live a life that is freeing

You will show them
And guide the way
So that they can see
Where they’ve gone astray

So that they can return
Back to their centre
And create the space
For spirit to enter

Nothing in this world
Is more valuable than you
And only you
Can determine what is true

When you create the belief
That no one cares
All you will see
Is empty stares

Moving through this world
As if you were a ghost
To be seen and heard
Is what matters the most

But most people
Don’t have a clue
And so they can’t
See all of you

Don’t allow
This cloak of invisibility
To constrain your thoughts
Or limit your ability

You can choose
To set it down
Illuminate your soul
And wear the crown

When you decide
To change your belief
You will let go
Of all the grief

And allow yourself
To shine your light
Like the radiant stars
You will begin to ignite

The passion and fire
In your eternal soul
And you will remember
What it means to be whole

Never again
Will you walk alone
When you connect like this
With your true home

Now is the time
To find release
So that you can reside
In inner peace
