The Earthmother comes
with such grace, such fragility
That you are captivated
By her very presence

Her essence runs through you
And you become whole again
Everything around you changes
As you see it for the first time

She will open your heart
And she will open your mind
And show you
Just how much a part of life
You really are

When she tells you her secrets
You will feel it

In every pore of your body
And every bone
Immersed with her
And with all life

You will see her
In each cosmic wave of grass
And feel her hold you
The way a root clings to the earth

When you are together
Life is beautiful

And when you are apart
You feel her presence close to you
Beating in your heart
