Our internal beliefs
To let go of the pain
And all of the grief

Really cares
Met with empty
Lifeless stares

Sometimes it can be hard
To let yourself connect
You need to take some time
And self reflect

On all the people
Who were really there
The ones who love you
And really care

In life many people
Will come and go
But they are there
To help you grow

As you walk
The journey of your soul
You will discover
What it means to feel whole

Guided by the wisdom
Of the eternal spirit
You will find
Those who can hear it

Emanating from
Deep within your soul
You will help them
To change the goal

To realize life is more
Than what we see
There are many ways
That we can be free

So many practices
So many modalities
All created to guide you
To a new reality

Where we can live
In alignment with truth
And create a new world
For our children and youth

They need examples
Of what it means to be
A sovereign being
Alive and free

Instead of being bound
And treated like slaves
To serve the machine
Until we lie in our graves

What kind of example
Does this set
It only creates division
So that we forget

The true nature
Of who we are
Wandering stardust
From the exploding stars

Incarnated here
In this human form
We can use this wisdom
To defy the norm

And stop following the path
That destroys our soul
Following your truth
Should be your only goal

This will help you see
What you have to give
And allow you the freedom
To truly live

Serving others
With light in your eyes
You will help them see
Beyond all the lies

All the things they do
To tear themselves down
We can be our harshest critics
Left to drown

With a heart full of misery
Gloom and despair
It can sometimes seem
Like no one is there

And if this is truly
How you feel
Know that you have the power
To let yourself heal

Just close your eyes
And say a prayer
Ask for guidance
And we will be there

To lift you up
When you feel bleak
To surround you with love
When you feel weak

There will be times
When you can’t go on
You start to slip
And all hope is gone

Trust there is a reason
For why you are here
And have the courage
To overcome your fear

No matter how dark
Life seems to get
Know that you’re not finished
Your journey quite yet

Close your eyes
And go within
And discover a new
Way to win

To fulfill the journey
That lies within your soul
To find the truth
That will make you whole

Connected to Source
The eternal Creator
Know within you
There is no power greater

Than realizing your potential
As an infinite being
It will transform your reality
And the life you are seeing

So that you can recognize
Your true worth
And create a new reality
For life on Earth

That does not just benefit
You yourself
But allows you to share
The infinite wealth

That comes from knowing
What it means to be whole
