Meditation can be hard to learn and master, but this is something I’ve been practicing for over 10 years now. I’ve run a yoga studio and taught meditation for many years. What To Expect In Class
Classes are run over Google Meet and are around 45 minutes long. We start the class with breathwork for 10 minutes to help calm the mind and center the body. Then we go into a guided meditation for 15-20 minutes where I take you on a journey deep into yourself, creating the space for truth to emerge. We then take some time to self reflect through journaling for 5-10 minutes after that so you can record any big insights or aha moments. After that we finish class with a sharing circle if you feel called to share your experience.
