The Soul Seekers Mentorship includes 4 sessions per month for the duration of the program.
The sessions are done online over Google Meet.
Sessions are typically one hour long.
Sessions begin with a conversation to see where you’re at in the present moment. Then from there sessions can include things like:
Deep Listening: To allow you to feel seen, heard, and understood…
Coaching & Strategy: To help you take the next steps with clarity and focus…
Guided Meditations: To tap into your intuition and subconscious mind…
Energy Work: To release patterns and karmic cycles that no longer serve you…
At the end of each session you will be assigned “soul work” where you’ll ground what we talked about in your session into practical everyday life by taking positive action towards your goals.
Yes! If you need some extra support or guidance in between sessions you can email me to help you stay on track with your goals.
