Cancellation Policy
- You have the ability to cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours in advance.
- There are no refunds available for personal poems.
- If you are 15 minutes or more late, or you miss the call completely that will count as a no-show and you will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason I encourage you to re-book to a later date using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
