How can I let go
Of all this frustration and rage
I feel like an animal
Locked up in a cage

Rushing around
Busy all day
It’s no wonder we seem
To have lost the way

But practice will teach you
To be loving and kind
To find the peace that lies
In the stillness of the mind

To move with breath
And go with the flow
Let your senses take you
Beyond all that you know

To the land that lies
Deep inside
Where you will come to find
The spirit that guides

Whispering to you
In that little voice
Reminding you
That you have a choice

To change your fate
And the world at large
Step into your power
And learn to take charge

You are a master
A being of light
Know that you have the power
Of divine sight

All you must do
Is recite my name
Om Namah Shivaya
Know we are the same

For I am in you
And you are in me
Like waves on the water
Deep out at sea

Help them to shed
These illusions they see
Teach them divinity
So they can come to know me

The highest grace
Of divine light
With the power to awaken
The second sight

To see the beauty
Of what you are
Cosmically born
In the light of a star

Know that all are created
From the divine source
Allow life to unfold
Nature will take its course

And you will come to find
Love and grace
When you give to yourself
And create sacred space
